As far as English speaking nations go, the United Kingdom is probably the easiest option for gaining an internship for graduates of MUW (especially those who hold UK / EEA citizenship).

Internships in the UK are 2 years of training rotating through various specialties under the Foundation Programme. Their website holds very detailed information about the application process and the most up to date information.

For UK / EEA nationals the process is quite easy. But for others, you will need to complete the PLAB exams after graduating before being eligible to apply for the UKFP. More information about the PLAB can be found here.

Also, in 2022 the GMC will be introducing the UKMLA for all applicants including UK graduates. This is essentially the PLAB. Keep an eye out for the most up to date information when the time comes.
