Each year is to elect a class representative who is responsible for communication with the Dean's office and Departments, the advocacy of students within their cohort, and communicating with EDSG regarding any issues a class may be having.

It is recommended each group nominate a representative who will communicate with the class representative.​

​

Class Representatives sit on the Student Council which is overseen by EDSG and meetings will try to be held at least once a semester.
