EDSG is creating a donation drive to help the people of Ukraine.
Donation boxes are currently set up at the Didactic Center, and will be in place in the near future.
We will be accepting:
Clothes (sweatpants, sweat shirts, jackets and raincoats for women, men, children) women's, men's and children's underwear (new)
Shelf stable foods (rice, pasta, grains, etc)
Canned goods (beans, chickpeas, tuna, etc), cereals, Instant meals and packed meals such as energy bars
Modified milks for babies
Menstrual products (pads, tampons, wipes)
First aid essentials (antibiotic ointments, bandages, antiseptic spray, paracetamol etc) flashlights, matches, candles, power banks, batteries, mobile phone)
Blankets, sleeping bags, bedding, towels, sleeping mats
Cleaning and hygiene products - especially nappies, sanitary napkins,
Wet wipes, toothpaste, shampoos, shower gels, face wash, lotion
Masks
Everything donated should be in good condition.
On Sunday (Feb 28) evening, donation items collected in the boxes will be sent to the collection point at Bokserska 64 in Warsaw, which is in partnership with the City Hall of Łódź.
We will be collaborating with different organizations in the future depending on their need, and inform students about it.
